Gyoza, salad, soup and rice

Today I cooked dumplings and so on at cooking school.

I've already cooked dumplings countless times with my mother , but
I wanted to know how to make them better in the professional way.

Cabbage, poak, leeks, ginger and so on are ingredients.

Usually we put some garlic in
dumplings, but my teacher said the Chinese don't use it to make dumplings.

So this time, we didin't use.

I can invite you as long as you help me a lot! ^-^*lol

...I will probably go to Nagoya-ko Aquarium during winter holiday. We can see baby penguins, etc. there.

Wow, winte holiday means around new near's holiday?

If you see killer whales, let me know how they are because they are my type^^*, but I've never seen.

In my case I wanna go somewhere I can reflesh or relax, for example, Yakushima, Okinawa, Shikoku...
